The food testing laboratory has rigorous quality control procedures to ensure that the analysis is done with highest confidence and valid results are reported. The facility is managed by highly qualified Laboratory Manager and management system is accredited as per NATA’s ISO/IEC 17025:2005 -Testing requirements.
Food testing laboratory services include food pathogen testing, quality indicators, carcass swab testing ESAM, shelf life evaluation, organoleptic evaluation, cleaning verification, environmental swab testing, new product development, label review, challenge testing, allergen testing etc.
We are providing consulting services for industries like fresh produce & manufactured salads, dairy processing, meat & poultry small-goods manufacturing, cook chill processing, abattoirs, further meat processing, retail butcher shop, retail seafood shop and pet meat processing plants. We engage highly qualified and experienced experts to work on consulting projects. Food Safety Programs are developed and implemented in processing facility as per regulatory requirements. We also arrange independent auditors for compliance audits such as Food Act 1984 for Class 1 and Class 2 food premises and PrimeSafe compliance audits for meat and seafood facilities.
